Career & Skills Level Up SkillsFuture Festival @ North East brought together job opportunities, skills training and career guidance to support residents in their lifelong learning and employment journeys.

Held over two days at Sengkang Grand Mall, the event centered on the theme “Level Up For Life”, highlighting the importance of lifelong learning and career growth. With over 20 employers and more than 2,500 job vacancies available, residents explored a wide range of career and upskilling opportunities, gaining valuable advice to support their professional development.

Highlights of the event

Participants had the opportunity to explore different zones and activities designed to support their career journeys:

Skills and Care Zones: Participants discovered Skillsfuture Courses in various sectors offered by multiple partners including a live drone and 3D printing demonstration. Participants additionally received guidance on mental wellness, work-life balance, legal planning and financial support.

Job Opportunities and Career Support: Walk-in interviews were also offered in diverse industries, along with receiving personalised career coaching from e2i experts, and gained useful CV tips to strengthen their job search.

Stage Talks and Knowledge Sessions: Industry leaders shared practical insights through a series of bite-sized talks, providing participants with useful knowledge to navigate today’s evolving job landscape.

Hands-on Workshops and Activities: Participants additionally had the change to take part in specialised workshops to learn AI skills along with a professional resume makeover.
