Residents explored the newly launched Tampines Trail, uncovering th stories, heritage and hidden gems in the neighbourhood.

Residents gathered at SMU Connexion on the morning of 14 March to mark the launch of Walking Trails @ CDC (Heritage Edition). Participants explored Walking Trails @ CDC: Kampong Glam, gaining a fresh perspective on Singapore’s rich history while uncovering the stories that have shaped the neighbourhood’s streets.

The newly launched initiative brings communities across Singapore on a journey through heritage, culture and nature, inviting residents to rediscover the stories within their own neighbourhoods.

In the North East, the Tampines Trail offered a meaningful opportunity for participants to explore hidden gems, reflect on the area’s heritage and enjoy the green spaces woven into the estate. More than just a walking route, the trail offers a fresh way to connect with the places we pass by every day.
