Wellness On Wheels @ North East is a programme that brings essential household items to the doorstep of seniors with mobility and financial challenges.

Launched as part of the 24th edition of Project Refresh, our Wellness On Wheels (WOW) @ North East mobile health supplies truck embarked on its journey, bringing essential items to the doorsteps of seniors from low-income families. In 2025, WOW has served 1,500 seniors across the North East District, supporting those with mobility and financial challenges.

In its next phase, WOW will be deployed regularly at three locations each month—across selected divisions in Tampines GRC, Tampines Changkat SMC, and Sengkang Central in Sengkang GRC. Through this expansion, WOW aims to benefit up to 7,200 lower-income residents in the North East District, particularly Blue CHAS card holders.

The initiative will extend beyond seniors to support families as well, providing general groceries alongside essential medical supplies such as adult diapers, helping to ease the cost of living for lower-income households.
