  • Resident of the North East district

  • Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident

  • CHAS Blue cardholder with a Per Capita Household Income below $1,500

  • Must either

    • Be seeking flexible work arrangements

    • Own a business or home-based online enterprise operating for under 24 months
