Career & Skills Level Up

This year’s two-day Career & Skills Level-Up SkillsFuture Festival @ North East event shed light on supporting mid-career transitions. With over 20 employers and more than 2,000 job vacancies available, participants were introduced to a wide range of career and upskilling opportunities, particularly in the digital and care sectors.

Expert Insights: Training providers and industry experts showcased relevant upskilling courses and shared valuable insights into pathways for mid-career transitions, helping participants stay relevant in the evolving job market.

Support Information: Participants were also able to seek information from social service agencies on assistance schemes and support programs for those that are re-entering the workforce.

Job Opportunities: Walk-in interviews were also offered, providing participants with immediate job opportunities and connecting job seekers directly with potential employers.
