Healthier Together @ Tampines

On 17th and 18th August 2024, Healthier Together @ Tampines took place at Our Tampines Hub. Featured as a Health Journey, the event was highlighted as a one-stop showcase of key health-related resources available in Tampines Town for every stage of life.

Residents explored different zones, making it easy to identify services and support systems that could enhance their well-being.

Access to free functional and fall-risk screenings was also provided.

Additionally, together with Singhealth, we launched Singapore's first town-specific one-stop access platform for aggregated healthcare, government, and community services in Tampines Town - TampinesCaresGoWhere.

In partnership with Government Technology Agency (GovTech), TampinesCaresGoWhere simplifies the process for families, especially those with members of different life stages and varying needs, to find all the support they require in one place, eliminating the need to search across multiple sources.

This initiative also fosters collaborations among NECDC's partners, Singhealth, playing a pivotal role in forging and coordinating community partnerships to ensure the well-being of the population. Helping to identify and address the diverse health needs of residents.
