To provide financial support for low-income families, the Pre-School Transition Starter Kit alleviates the costs of school bags, stationery items and book vouchers for children transiting from kindergarten to Primary One.

Eligibility

  • Resident of North East district

  • Child is entering Primary 1 in the subsequent year

  • Per Capita income ≤$1000
