The Pre-School Transition Starter Kit helps ease the cost of essential school supplies for children from lower-income families, supporting their transition into primary school.

What's In The Starter Kit

Stationery vouchers worth up to $100 for each child.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Resident of North East District

  • Applicant must be the parent or guardian of the child

  • Blue or Orange CHAS cardholder

  • Application or acceptance letter of child transitioning to Primary 1 in 2027

  • Singaporean or PR with at least one Singaporean family member in the household
