WeCare @ North East Fund provides cash assistance to eligible residents with criteria listed for quicker application processing.

The We Care @ North East Fund aims to help needy families who require interim financial support, but do not meet the national gross household income criteria.

The scheme provides assistance in the form of once-off or up to three months of cash assistance.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Resident of North East District

  • Singaporean / Singapore PR with at least 1 Singaporean family member in the household

  • Per Capita Income (PCI) between $801 - $1,000
