Dedicated North East Ambulance Service

The Dedicated North East Ambulance Service provides subsidised ambulance services to low-income residents with chronic health problems and are immobile. This enables beneficiaries to travel back and forth from their homes to places of treatment.

To apply, you can complete the Online Form and upload relevant supporting documents. You may submit additional documents to Northeast_CDC@pa.gov.sg.
