School Transport Assistance and Relief Scheme (STARS)
The scheme is applicable for students who are studying in Government or Government-Aided Primary, Secondary Schools including Special Education Schools and ITE/JC/Polytechnic/Undergraduate Diploma or equivalent. Tertiary students must currently be enrolled in full time study at Public/Private Educational Institutions/Madrasah with Singapore as main country of study. Educational Institution must be registered with Ministry of Education (MOE), Council for Private Education (CPE) or currently hold valid licenses.
